I typically let the holster dry overnight under a fan. I never use heat.  If you discover something isn’t right, you can always rewet and remold it.  For this holster, I discovered I had molded it with the safety off, so I simply rewetted it and molded it with the safety in the on position.  You can’t tell on the finished holster that it was ever wrong.
